King Salman receives Kingdom’s grand mufti, senior scholars, ministers and a group of citizens at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh on Monday.

:: The Kingdom’s Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Asheikh, senior scholars, ministers and a group of citizens called on King Salman on Monday to greet him.

The reception began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an. The audience was attended by Prince Bandar bin Mohammed bin Abdurrahman, Prince Saad bin Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz bin Turki, Riyadh Gov. Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz and a number of other senior princes.

Separately, King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman congratulated Sudanese President Omar Bashir on the anniversary of his country’s independence.

They wished the president good health and the people of Sudan progress and prosperity in all fields of life. They also commended ties between the two countries.
