The Oracle Taleo Cloud Service enables Indus Towers to identify and recruit top talent to fill specific Telecom industry needs and delivers insights to continuously improve talent acquisition efficiency and effectiveness.

As a leader in providing services to major telecom service providers, it was imperative for Indus Towers to deploy a robust network/infrastructure to ensure that telecom towers across the country function efficiently at all times.

Oracle Taleo has integrated the whole process of recruitment and has brought all the stakeholders onto single platform. Mobility and Analytics are other important aspects that Oracle Taleo has brought for Indus Towers.
