Jazan Emir visits fire accident injured

Prince Muhammad Bin Nasser, Emir of Jazan region, visited on Thursday the scene of fire that swept through the intensive care unit and maternity ward of the Jazan General Hospital. He was briefed on the progress of the ongoing investigation during his meeting with senior officials of the Civil Defense and Health Department. Later, the Emir visited those admitted with injuries at Al-Omais Hospital and Al-Hayat Hospital and conveyed to them Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman’s wishes for a speedy recovery. He also offered the King’s condolences to the bereaved families and relatives of those who died in the fire. A high level committee, comprising officials of the Ministry of Health and security agencies, has been constituted to probe into the accident.
