The Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will host A-list performers, including Florence and the Machine and Enrique Inglesias, at this year’s Yasalam series of concerts.

The concerts will take place from Nov. 27-29, and will contain three segments: Live across the City, Live on the Corniche and Live on Yas.

Iglesias will hit the stage on Nov. 27, followed by Florence and the Machine on Nov. 28, and Blur on Nov. 29.

“This is my favorite event, to see [up to] 40,000 people enjoying themselves when the artist is on stage. It’s very fulfilling,” said Reeva Bains, vice president of marketing and communications at Flash Entertainment, the organizers of the yearly event.

There will also be a series of free concerts on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, called Beats on the Beach, from Nov. 26-28.

Headliners will also include British dance legends Faithless, U.S. rapper J Cole, Lebanese singer Wael Kfoury and Filipino artist Bamboo.

“Concerts like these are definitely a highlight in Dubai. We’re all so different, coming from various nationalities and backgrounds, so when organizers decide to gather some of the top artists from each part of the world, it’s definitely going to create a buzz,” said Razan Katbe, a university student who will be attending Beats on the Beach.

Yasalam is a free international music festival that has historically showcased impressive line-ups, including Beyonce, Britney Spears, Fatboy Slim, Gary V and Assi el-Hellani.

“I attended Jason Derulo last year. It was electric,” said Dubai blogger Dania Nouh.

Race ticket holders will have access to the after-race concerts on the same date of the purchased race ticket.

For race tickets, visit www.yasmarinacircuit.com or go to Virgin Megastores and Etihad Airways shops across the United Arab Emirates.
