A study conducted by the ministry revealed that the Kingdom will need three million housing units annually to cater to the rising demand prompted by the increasing population.

The government’s efforts to build 500,000 low-cost houses throughout the Kingdom at a cost of SR250 billion will also help reduce the prices of rental apartments and real estate. Additionally, the development of land for real estate will have a positive impact on the market, it was said.
