Ritz Carlton Riyadh will resume operations today


:: The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Riyadh, where dozens of high-profile Saudis were detained on corruption charges, will resume to guests on Sunday, Feb. 11 a source within the hotel confirmed to Arab News.

Some Western media outlets had reported that the hotel would resume normal operations on Feb. 14, while others had accurately what the hotel now officially confirmed that the date will be tomorrow.

The hotel’s new executive chef has created a new menu for its popular restaurants, and there will be an open buffet next Friday and Saturday, Feb. 16 and 17, from noon to midnight.

An event called “The Grand Brunch” will take place at the hotel on the 16 & 17 feb from 12pm till 12 am . This will boast an open buffet by all the hotel’s restaurants with 33 live cooking stations and 700 food items and a journey between different culinary cousins around the famous palatial swimming pool

The hotel also is preparing to announce the new packages for families and weekends

Several dozen princes, officials and businessmen were detained in the hotel after their arrest in early November. All have since been either charged or released.
