In an address on the occasion of the Kingdom’s 86th National Day, the crown prince hailed King Abdul Aziz Al-Saud’s endeavors, which, he said, have contributed to the present-day Saudi Arabia being a stable and secure country, and one of the world’s 20 most powerful and influential economies.

“Undoubtedly, economic and development successes mainly depend on maintaining a proper security environment.

“In our country, security bodies, which have been receiving support and attention from my master the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, have been able to set up the current rare situation of ultimate safety and stability,” he said.

“Saudi security bodies have managed to achieve a locally and internationally-recognized successes in combating terrorism, which has plagued the whole world.

“Moreover, Saudi Arabia presented a security experience that has been acknowledged by all. Many countries even sought to follow the Saudi example in fighting terror and exterminating its ideological and financial resources,” added the crown prince.

Meanwhile, in an address on the occasion, Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman stressed that the Kingdom has all factors that qualify it to be in the forefront of world’s nations, including stability, development drive, profound natural and human resources and a unique strategic location.

He urged the citizens to keep doing their best to secure more successes and achievements under the big growth plans. “The Saudi 2030 Vision, approved by my master the Custodian of the Holy Mosques, marks a new era of development that requires serious work to realize a better future, keep pace with advanced countries and achieve the hoped-for growth, while adhering to our religious essentials and noble values.”

The deputy crown prince also paid tribute Saudi “heroes” who sacrifice their souls for their religion and homeland, praying to Allah Almighty to have mercy on the martyrs and wishing a speedy recovery for the injured soldiers.
