Northern Borders governor laid to rest

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman performed funeral prayers for Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz bin Musaed, the deceased governor of the Northern Borders Province, at the Grand Mosque on Sunday night.

Those present included Makkah Gov. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Prince Ahmed bin Abdul Aziz, Prince Muqrin bin Abdul Aziz, Riyadh Gov. Prince Faisal bin Khaled, Minister of State Prince Mansour bin Miteb, and Asir Gov. Prince Faisal bin Khalid.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif, deputy premier and interior minister, Prince Sultan bin Salman, president of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, Jeddah Gov. Prince Mishaal bin Majed were also in attendance.

The brother of the deceased, Najran Gov. Prince Jalawi bin Abdul Aziz, and the sons of the late governor — Mansour, Musaed, Fahd, Sultan, Mishaal, Mishari, Saad, Bandar, Turki and Faisal — were also present. After the prayers, Prince Abdullah was buried at Al-Adl Cemetery.
